- Founded in 1965 when the adjacent housing tract was built, the pool is owned by the Casa Oro Corporation, shares of which are equally owned by the 32 property owners of the tract.
- Pool maintenance is conducted by a professional maintenance company. Weekly cleanup duties are shared by the members on a rotating basis.
- The pool is open to members 16 years and older. Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult member.
